Step 1:Take the lens out, if your having troubles already, your not ready to do this. This step if fairly self explanatory. It's also not necessary but makes things a lot easier. What you have now should look like this.
Step 2:Put one of your hands on the frames and one on the outriggers. Pull until they pop away from each other. Repeat on the other side. Don't worry about putting too much force on them here, they will never break.
You should now have a strap with outriggers, a frame and a lens.
Step 3:To get the outriggers off the strap, use your thumb and push the smaller tab (the one that is usually closer to the frame) on the back of the outrigger, until you hear it pop out.
Now pull the strap out so you have about half an inch to an inch in between the outrigger and the plastic tab. Turn the more curved end out the plastic tab 95 degrees and push it through the little square opening that you can see in the outrigger.
Continue pulling the strap out until it comes all the way out. Repeat for the other side. Now your crowbars should be fully apart. You should have a frame, a lens, a strap and two outriggers.
It should be fairly self explanatory to get the goggles back together. Just reverse these steps.
