How is k2 with warranties?

i broke the tail off my fujas yesterday doing a tamedog. I sent them in for warranty today. anyone had any experience with k2 and warranties?

no, all ready sent them in, but about 6 inches before the tail it snapped and it stuck straight up.

if u brake a ski like that any company would warrenty
