I just picked up a SKI magazine and here is how SKI readers rated WaWa. This is how it rated against ALL resorts in the east including Okemo,Stratton,Okemo,Killington,Suggarloaf and all mountains in the east. Ranked #1 for weather in east.#6 for grooming in east. #9 for value in all east.#6 in east for lifts.#2 for service in east.#1 for access in all east.#2 for food in all east. #7 for snow in all east.#3 for family programs.and number 6 for parks! wut the hell! it also ranked 6 for all USA terrain parks! this is so stupid

don't take that seriously at all. i'm sure the crowleys paid off ski magazine to put that in. those bastards are loaded and look how shitty their mountain is taken care off half the time.

its alot worse than killington. they have two rails a icy icy pipe and about 4 jumps. they are ahead of whistler!

ski magazines lie alot. Ski magazine last winter put out an article on #1 ski spring break destinations. Snowshoe Mountain(west virginia) was #1 and Whistler blackcomb was #2. First of all snowshoe is my home mountain. Second of all we barely had any trails open by the time spring came around. And they made up lies about all the contests we have. It was such a pay-off joke. I mean snowshoe mountain is the worst,smallest mountain I've ever seen in my life and they claimed it was great.

here's the bottom line, wawa sucks. it occasionally has a good park. they picked up some pretty sick boxes and rails this year. but the pipe is never good. dont take those magazines seriously. wachusett obviously paid to have their park put high on the list. Wachusett is good for some afternoon light skiing, but for nothing more than that. And for the guy who likes the loaf, i completely agree, the loaf friggin rules all mountains in the east.

wachusset is the shit, so far this year- it has no half pipe, no jumps of any kind, and six o k rails, the seventh one was a pretty sweet double kink but they took that down cuz theuy dont want someone to die on it. I know most of the crowleys and their cool, its those motherfucking tree huggers from california that wont let the crowleys cut down any more of the forest on the mountain. at this point of the season, any mountains park is better than wachuset
