I have suggest a self ban button where you could put in a period of time and it wouldn't allow you to log in.  I think it is on the list of revisions.  I think it would be a really cool feature.  I see this complaint come up.  NS is addicting.  We give you the drug for free. Pretty cool and politically correct to offer a cure for temporarily treating the addiction.

it's better if kids learn some self control.

plus, I'd probably hit it accidentally anyways.

or you could go over to your friends house, and ban them as a joke
