How to put my Final Cut edits on NS

So I made a couple edits with the final cut pro i just got but I dont know how to save them so that i can put them on ns ... if anyone can help I would appreciate it.

go to export -> quicktime conversion.

and how do you compress movies?

by going to export-->quicktime conversion, use H.264 or Sorenson to compress.  Mess around with the compression settings until you're happy with it

dude easiest process EVER.
File/Export/Quicktime Conversion, .mov format, then select Broadband High, name it and save...YOUR SET, if its a widescreen or hd video just go into options and change the size from 480x360 to 640x360, your money! otherwise if its SD, just leave it.

you can also use the compressor.. file> export > compressor, but the other options ppl mentioned would work fine

I found that exporting it to iPod works pretty well.
