Spk boot problem

do you guys know at the top of the boot on the back there is the red foamish type thing, well on one of my boots that is missing, i dont know if i just bought it like that or if it fell off.  but wat should i do about it?

if you need it, talk to your shop and they will order you the part directly from Salomon.

WIll prob cost you a fwe bucks.

ya but im pretty sure its the shops problem cause i got em last day of last season and i have only used em one weekend, they have been in my closet all summer and only one of my shins hurt after the first weeekend and then i realized the red piece was gone, shouldnt the shop have to pay for that.
