I don't know if anyone here has been following this, but he got sentenced to 6.5 years in jail, with a minimum serving of 85% of that, $125,000 fine, and he has to hand back $6.1 mill. I personally think this is harsh, and makes the system look, to me, like a joke. Just a little while ago, a woman was sentenced to a couple months house arrest, for killing her newborn baby!
