there's a few free website companies that provide these services.

If you want to accept credit cards then you are going to need to set up a merchant account (or I guess these days you can use paypal or whatever)

The smart thing to do would be to pay a few bucks for a website, that is SECURE (the free one's aren't very..) and configure scripts on it that do this.
