i think of overflips as 90, lincoln over, 90 out. and misty as a flip with a 180 in it....can look the same but a misty seems like you are spinning the whole way through.
misties and over flips arent the same thing. the timing is slightly different and they have different axies an over flip is where you rotate ninety then lincoln loop down hill and then another 90 to land. misty is front flip 180. so the turning is done while youre upside down.
If you go straight over the top, it would be a front 1, if your feet go higher than your head but not straight over, it would be a misty. If you're off axis but you feet never go higher than your head, it would be a bio. Under flip is more like a lincoln. It doesn't go forward...
christ that's an inline move...... (not that it's a bad thing) front flip with a 540 if you want to dissect it, def not a 180. Put your hand down on something (as in hand plant) and it's called a monkey plant. If it's more of a sideways spin rather than a flip, then it's bio. I'm just going by rollerblading terms cuz that's what i grew up on..... correct me if i'm wrong
