I am in desperate need for a good camera...please help

I have a little sony dcr-hc21 and it has poor quality, the manual focus has to be done by the LCD screen, and the color isn' great either.   So please, if anyone knows about a good camera for sale for really cheap, please let me know...I'm talking about like a GL2 or something around $1300 or somin...I know thats cheap, but its possible...Thanks

GL2s go for about that, so you should be able to find one...they're really easy to find on ebay i guess
