The TT08 is a turntable heel clamp, like the FKS.
If I remember right they came in several DIN varieties, 13 I know, and I think 15, and maybe 10.
The toe has an AST switch to control vertical release characteristics.
Overall a very solid binding, essentially an older version of the FKS. Grab them up if you can get 'em cheap. They're sweet.
