Mounting Skis

    First off I just bought a pair of Scott p3's  size 184,   These will be only pair of skis and was looking for some advice on where to mount them.  I live in Ontario so there isn't any great skiing but I travel out west a lot so i still want to ski (turn) fairly well.  I ski probably  70% park and 30% mountain.  All of my previous skis have been mounted true center which I have come accustom to.  I'm also a pretty big guy at 6'1 185. 
Just want to hear some peoples opinions.

i would say 1.5cm back maybe 2cm back. Don't mount non symetrical skis center they work better a little back
