Replying to Dumbass baked and stole his parents car

Its snowing pretty heavily here and the roads havent been plowed yet so i was getting a ride back from a friends place with another friends parents and we got stuck on this hill so as we are trying to get up it a guy in a red van comes sliding down the hill and crashes into a ditch.. so we couldnt get up the hill anywa y so i got out and saw it was a guy from my highschool his name's spencer and hes fucked.. last year he got shitfaced and fell down the main stairs of our school but thats a different story so i walked over and said spencer man what are you doing and he just smiled and said he was baked and that he stole his parents car. So he wanted to call the insurance company but a lot of middle aged couples showed up out of the nearby houses and started questioning him a bout wether or not he was drinking that night .. long story short spencers dad ( who is a fucking prick/ tight ass ) came and picked him up.
