I have always skied, but I board from time to time. There were two seasons that I only boarded. Skiing is better and I am better at it.

I snowboard. Never skied probly never will because i strait up am addicted to snowboarding! I give mad props to skiiers and boarders alike for being! Both sports are legit as fuck!

Ive boarded four times in my life and i can do rails. It took my way longer than that on skis and Ive been doing it all my life.

Meh maybe it's personal opinion. All I know is soooo much more can go wrong on a board. I was just doing a revert the other day and caught hard; my back is fuuucked up!

Catching an edge on a snowboard is a whole different thing than sliding rails. i will agree with you that snowboards are alot more succeptable to catiching an edge than on skiis. But I still think that if your just riding onto rails its definately easier than sliding a rail on skiis.
I guess if your doing boardslides it could be a little harder than skiing but most people I see sliding rails on snowboards just ride on.

Honestly I have mad respect for good snowboarders, but most people do it for the scene. I feel that some people are still caught up in the whole snowboarders are more badass shit.

well i ride my 156 cm piece of wood with some stuff around it with metal edges around it all. is that considered snowboarding cuz thats wat i do?
