i dont know if its the same stuff, but what about the material that cutting boards are made out of? i know its becoming more popular in offraoding for skid plates because its semi flexible and slides over rocks like butter. last summer i found a wholesaler that sold it it big sheets

If you go to a commercial sign shop, they typically will have some sort of junkyard, and if you find a bunch of leftover lexan, they usually will let you take the scraps. Its how I made my rainbow rail, just might take some piecing together.
