Although Rossi and Dynastar (bc look no longer exists as of the 07-08 season) there are several differences btwn these bindings you are talking about. The Jib has the elastamer pads under the toe and heel, where as the scratch only has the pads under the toe, to help eliminate the ramp angle most bindings have (skis switch great). The axial line has plastic risers under both heel and toe to give the binding a rise off the ski, this helps get the ski edge to edge quicker (not so good for park\freeride) So my suggestion to you is first choice scratch, second Jib, third axial (you can always take the risers off and shorten the screws and mount the binding flat)
