Replying to Help parking ticket!

So I went to the bar with my friends yesterday and drove one of them home. I get back to my car and have a 77$ parking ticket, WTF? Apparently you can't park in the street past midnight as of December 1st. There was definitely no sign up and tons of cars around me when I got there (my other buddy got lucky he was the only one who didn't get a ticket).

So uhh do I have any chance of going to court with this? Or somehow delaying it cause it's the holiday season and my wallet will be hurting. I'm in Quebec btw, thanks.
