Cap'n Crunch + Marshmallows =dank ski snack

i just made a batch......and....my god

ok, the recipe is the same as rice krispies squares(but so much danker)

recipe:

1 Box Cap'n Crunch (regular size not jumbo)
1 bag marshmallows
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine 

Ok, on medium-low heat, melt your butter in a big pan, then melt the marshmallows, then add Cap'n Crunch. Spread the mix in a big glass pyrex dish or something of the sort, let cool, serve(or bring skiing with you in ziploc bags)

that sounds pretty good although there would be a shit load of sugar in it. but if u had it after a nice deli sandwhich it wouldnt drop u as much. ill have to try that sometime...high

at certain altitudes your body doesnt process sugar well, so snacks like gummy worms, jelly beans, and apparently Capn  Crunch + Marshmallows make excellent snack without a bad crash

try this one  2 slices of bread, peanut butter, marshmellow cream, rice crispy's, and choco rice crispy's put it all together and  BAM!  best cure for the munchies
