well word around  the mountain is that on Friday we will have some rails in the park that you will be able to access by foot (the Badlands chair will not be running) there was a debate on whether or not there would be a hit but my gut tells me no.

They have been blowing snow like crazy - so it's coming...

I was ridin today (friday 7) and they had a lil hike park set up with one line had a 5 foot fat box into a flat down box into a lil quarter pipe and the other line had a 15 foot down rail into a 20 foot flat box then into the quarter pipe.

I heard that the park was still in construction before the rain and the chairs were running. After the rain, I dont think there is much park left...

there are features in Badlands right now - rails and hits - the rain did cause some features to be closed but they are working on getting everything back. The Badlands chair was closed last week for maintenance for a couple of days but is running again.

Yeah, I went last Wednesday and the park was quite good, although it was icy.

On one side (pipe side) The first set includes flat down box, lipslide, flat rail and flat box. Second set included 2 rails, followed by a weird step up jump that was poorly designed. On the side of the pipe, there was a flat box followed by the S box. After the pipe, there is a lipslide that sticks.

On the XL side: First set: large rail, medium size jump or down flat down finishes with a good size jump.

Chairs were running

The jump section havent changed at all, it was pretty powdery the 23.
On the rail section:
-one flat rail, one flat box
-down rail, flat down box

Section 2
-one rail, box and c rail
-quarter with box
-jump has been taken away

Section 3
-flat box
-S box or S rail

Bottom
-shitty attempt to make a log stall

Ya, sounds sick.  I'm heading up for  3 days after exams with parkrider. Hopefully the park will be all set up and good. WE got some good snow now so that should help.

As of Feb 3, the park has
- the four pack of jumps   (the 4th is really nice)
- cut pipe
- down flat down rail
- up flat rail
- rain bow box/rail
- whale back rail
- K2 rail, but kinda burried under snow when I was there
- 2 long flat boxes
- s box
- s rail
- c rail
- 2 flat rails
- 2 hand rails
- roler coaster rail

That's what I can remember, I'm probably forgetting some rails, and some might had changed since then.  Either way, the park is pretty sick so far.
