I quite sure that it's just a wrap - a plastic covering over the entire car that looks like a paint job. That way he can protect the paint over the winter.

It's common to see it in races such as the Gumball 3000 etc.

thats awesome not cos it's jon's cos it was awesome in the fist place but now you look like a skiier in it and you can put your skis in it. i do that if i had a super car. i don't though, i don't even have a driving licence.
