what everyone else said, and make sure you have your skis at a good 90 degree angle with the rail, less chance of sliding off to one side.
that helps thanks
Make sure to have a good, solid athletic body position. When you fall, you will realize that it's not that bad to fall, and you will get up and do it again until you grease that sucker.
make sure your edges are not extremely sharp or those bitches will dig into the rail
well if the rail is high enough to rack urself would reccomend coming in from the side and just sliding acrossed the rail not really down it. But if it is pretty low to the ground come in straight on the takeoff have your feet square with your shoulder and then commit jump up hard and do a full 90 don't go half way commit!!
just like ur hoppin on a skateboard
