Skiing preseason is harder than football

i play football basketball baseball and lax, ive dropped lax and basketball, but ive realized at my school at least, skiing preseason is harder than any other sports im fucking dying right now with 5 minute wall sits and shit like that now i dunno about you guys but when i think about skiing preseason i think like a couple jumproping but it is hard as hell

haha good to hear tyson is keeping you in shape, ours is such a joke though... we run a few miles and do stuff that clearly wont help out at all for skiing... im pretty sure our coach just says we do preseason stuff so he can get paid for coacing

today's practice for me was so fucking hard, i think the coach just was pissed so made us do a ton of work today... honestly i dont think racing in MA requires that much endurance or leg strength cuz the course is a 20 second course, but whatever theres no snow yet so we might as well get in good shape... ive never raced before though so idk maybe this stuff will help out
