Replying to Keystone questions!! Need help

First i need to find a cool place to stay during a week at keystone.We are 3 friends and we are surching something not too expensive and not  far from the slope .

I'am european so i really don't know anything about the  cool place to go...etc so a little help would be really appreciate....

And second i would like to know if breckenbridge is far from keystone? Is there anyways to get to Brekenbridge or  Vail by bus or by the chair lift???

We are going there in march , maybe on the 26, so i would like to know how are generally the snow conditions in this area during this time of the winter? Can we expect powder?
