First i need to find a cool place to stay during a week at keystone. We are 3 friends and we are surching something not too expensive and not far from the slope .
I'am european so i really don't know anything about the cool place to go...etc so a little help would be really appreciate....
And second i would like to know if breckenbridge is far from keystone? Is there anyways to get to Brekenbridge or Vail by bus or by the chair lift???
We are going there in march , maybe on the 26, so i would like to know how are generally the snow conditions in this area during this time of the winter? Can we expect powder?

We always head up that way for spring break on the 19th. Breck is pretty close only about 10 miles or so, and i believe there is a shuttle that runs in the mornings. Last year was a shitty month for snow around that time so there pretty much wasnt much powder. Every year before that when we went it pretty much snowed all week and we had to drive through a snowstorm to get there...so itll pretty much be hit and miss powder wise.

A good place to stay for on the mountain but not as expensive as river run would be Slopeside (I think that is what it is called) if you just want a place to stay then look at staying in Frisco for a way better price, and it is right in between Breck and Keystone, about ten minute drive to each one or an easy bus ride.

ok thanks for your help. So if understand you well ,you pretty much say that at this time of the year fiding power is like poker, ?
Sometimes they are some ,sometimes not ? Is it what you mean ?
Well i think we are going to try to stay in keystne for the hotel ,because we don't have a car.
We've heard nightskiing and stuff , have you experience it?
Is there any possibility to rent a sled? Do we need a driver licence?

yeah its hard to say if there will be powder, there are sometimes when there is alot of powder, and sometimes none, so its hard to say.
and yeah night skiing is sweet, it gets really cold sometimes but its really fun to ski park at night.
and im not sure about renting a sled, how old are you? cause there might be a high age limit.

that might be old enough, i know in some places you have to be like 25 or something to rent a car, it will only be worth it to rent one if there is good powder though.

The busses are really well set up this year, so you don't need a car once you get to summit county, getting from the airport to the mountains might be hard though.

nah river run is dope. i go there like ever february vacation and its sick. there alll like townhomes wth 2 bedrooms one has 2 twins and one has a queen and theres a pull out couch with a kitchen. there pretty nice. oh yea and the have garages too. the only problem is its not slopeside but its as close as you can get at keystone. its like a 10-15 min walk in all your ski stuff to the gondola. it kinda depends on where in river run you are. hes right its a little expnsive but i think its worth it. if your goin off peak its not bad. but if your willing to pay its money well spent. There putting a marriot in at keystone which would be cheaper but idk if it is open yet. theres really not to many places to stay outside of the mountain.
and you have arapahoe basin right down the street. personally i love that place. you get sick powder turns in there. its kinda small and like a local place but the just added 80% more terrain. Vail is about a half an hour ride away? not sure but vails legit. plus the lift ticket for keystone is good at vail, a baisn, breck and beaver creek. but dont go to beaver creek it blows to many rich people.Breck is pretty dope do but the only problem is it takes like a fucking half an hour just to get to the lodge idk if they fixed it since last year but its sooo hard to find your way around. haha i dont have the best since of direction but my buddy and i got lost.

Vail takes about 45 min from keystone. And Breck is way easier to get around then Vail.
