OK, so im a noob at paypal, and i recently sent a payment, but since my paypal account is hooked up to my bank account, it wont pend until dec 3 and the guy needs the money soon, so im wondering how do i cancel a payment on paypal? yes i checked the searchbar and i cant seem to find anything on paypal about it. please ns, HELP ME
