Would anyone be interested in a photo of the week contest among NS members? It would be a simple idea that i would be willing to undertake to get us all to go out and pick up our cameras.
Here's what i was thinking
1) One person per week will pick a theme( I will start, and then the winner of this week will pick the next theme)
2) Take as many pictures as you want that in some way incorporate the theme. You will have 7 days to take the picture, and then send it to me.
3) Select your favorite photo and edit accordingly with post processing. Just remember, this isn't supposed to be a photoshop contest
4) Submit one photo VIA private message to ME. I don't want to guess which one you want to use. You can send any size / resolution you'd like, i'll post them all to a photobucket to standardize the submissions
*** I will then post the pictures the following week in a seperate thread, along with a voting system link that allows people an additional 7 days to vote on the best image. I will set it up so that each person is allowed 1 vote only.
5) Photos must be taken, as part of the assignment, during the time period of the contest. Don't reach back into old albums just to get a good photo.
6) This is for fun, bragging rights, and perhaps some karma for a really nice photo, and most importantly.. FUN
