the kenny salvini situation shouldnt have any effect on us here in utah.. we have laws that say so.

BUT, it's up to the insurance company to tell us what we can and can't do in the park.  The insurance company covers a broad spectrum of resorts in the u.s. and the world so utah law has little dictation of what happens.  If the insurance company tells us to do something regardless of what the law says, we have to do it.

Oops.  It should read,

so utah law has little dictation with what happens on the initial park.  Utah law kicks in when people try to sue because of varying levels of "shouldnthavebeeninthedamnparkinthefirstplace" syndrome.
