Berlin for Spring Break!

Im taking an intro 100 level German class in school right now. The 200 level class has a trip to Berlin over spring break. They had five spots open for 100 level students and my parents agreed to pay the airfare. Im so stoked. Has anyone else been? What kind of experiance did you have? I'm on a mostly guided tour which might mean limited time for hitting bars but it doesn't matter so much im just so stoked to go.

Damn! You are super lucky. When I took German in high school we had a German exchange program. Unfortunately it was not affordable at the time, and I wasn't able to go. There is a kid on here, parkerhouse who went on a trip to Germany not too long ago. You should PM him.

ive taken 3 1/2 years of German and i spent a month there this summer, including a week in Berlin..  There's a lot of cool stuff there, and good clubs and that.. Just make sure you see the sights and party, cause its pretty nice..

ive never been but everyone i know who has says its a 24 hour 7 days a week  rainbow party.
