Is there any way I can sand my bases without takin them to a real ski shop. I dont know if there is some kind of sand paper I can use or what?

you need a base structureing tool for that...take it to a shop and get your bases flattened it will come out much better than sandpaper....

I know the swix rep and I asked a similar question. He said you can file the bases down but it takes forever

no dude dont use sand paper you'll ruin your skis. If oyu dont already have one get a steel brush and do 15-20 hard passes from tip to tail. It works great for structuring you ski
