MT HOOD MEADOWS OPENS FRIDAY!!!!

Woohoo, mt hood meadows has just announced they will open this friday after thanksgiving with a 14" base. they will be running buttercup and easyrider from 9-3, yes, they are bunny hills, but its still snow! the lodge will be fully open and if you dont have a pass lift tickets are $40. they might have to close again if they dont get anymore snow, but temperatures are supposed to stay low and they are making snow whenever possible. forecast is for more natural snow by the first week of december. just thought i'd let anybody who skis at Hood know......shout out if you'll be up there...

yes but on east coast we dont have to wait to have enough snow cause we have lots of man made snow and mt hood is not sure to open if theres not more natural snow.

don't wanna steal the thread haha but im wondering cuz me and my buddies are trying to get something figured out....
is there gonna be rails or a park up there. and is timberlines park up right now?
