Anthem's Durability

Are they durable? I am looking to buy skis, and need a pair that'll last me. I heard that they delaminate quickly... Will they last?

anthems are just fatter invaders, invaders have been good for a season or two now, two years ago when they had the black and white top sheet, those were the ones that delammed like crazy, then last years were 98% good, and this year they worked even harder on that problem plus added a carbon strip in both skis, so quality should be sweet. i have anthems myself, and lines warranty deals are great in the event that they do delam or break. hope that helps...

yeah, thanks alot. That helped alot in my decision. I am now between 08 thrusters and 08 anthems.

get anthems no doubt. they are super durable. line got a rep for delamming because of one year of one model ski, but the anthems are solid. and if they do delam which they shouldn't they are good about warranties.

The only reason I wouldn't get Anthems is because of the durability issue hanging around, but i guess it's not actually an issue :) I'm kinda excited for some more flexibility in my skis. I had the Salomon 1080 Flyers before and they were really stiff, but durable so I held on to them. Plus finally I grew out of them so I have a reason for new skis! Thanks again for your help.

well line was bought last year by K2 so as you can expect a whole lot more funding into the making the skis.

flyers are you kidding? those are softer than the anthems. it's a piece of foam junior/early teen ski that you can bend in half.
