Replying to Switch snowbird trip

so im supposed to go to snowbird from 12/23-12/31 but none of storms that they say they are supposed to get are hitting and alta is hardly getting anything either.  by this time they both should have at least 120+ inches and they both have gotten hardly any snow since november 1st i have until saturday to cancel the trip without penalty.  with the conditions the west has right now where would u go for the best powder and challenge this christmas?
