is anyone over 14 on this website? T-Hall was pretty much the face of freestyle skiing for years. Regardless of how you feel about him, he will go down as a legend of freeskiing. T-Wall will be lucky to become half that influential. No offense to him, he is sick, and by far better than I am, but this isn't even a fair comparison

if you really think about tanner is quite possibly the best skier there is .... period. he used to own slopestyle, and still owned pipe, not to metion he is on the forefront of originating in the backcoutry, and is starting to absolutley rip big mountain..... tom can spin on and off rails good....

Are there seriously that many of you morons that don't realize what Tanner has done for the sport?  Go watch some old movies like Scandalous, Blunt, The Front Line, Ski Movie 2, Propaganda, or Happy Dayz.  Then go watch some newer movies like 1242, TBC, or Believe.  Wallisch is great and will only get better, but there is no way you can compare the two.

This is the most retarded thread i have ever seen. T-hall vs T-Wall? Are you kidding me?  Tanner is a pioneer, pushed the sport rediculous amount of times. Everyone thinks tanner can ride park anymore and thats bc hes never in there.  Wallisch won the supreruknown, and is getting it already called his era? What about other pros that have put more work than tom has already why isnt it their era? Tom has talent but still has a long way to go

i didnt read the whole thread only some parts..i dont know how people are saying did twall in xgames and blah blah blah

put it this way..tom hasnt had the chances yet to win xgames atleast to my knowledge..thall is older..give tommy time and he is going to kill it

maybe if tanner had a higher post count, he couldbe cooler,
tom maybe pretty good and his nose butter seven i must say was good,
then this is tanner
his early film parts where amazing,
go watch ski movie 2, 3
old poor boyz movies,
winning both some ofthe biggest pipe and slope competitions out there,
going huge in the bc,
starting to do lines.
still very good on urban,
tanner is close to the top in almost every aspect of the sport,
just cause you guys saw him drunk does not mean he is an asshole,
what is this the ski inquirer?

T-Hall can do it all. He started out as a bump skier, then got into park and started winning comps, then he was a master at urban, and now he kicks it on the big mt and BC and he is really good at all of it.

He earned my respect on the freeskier visits tanner in park city podcast he was pretty legit and cool guy.

I like em both why cant they both be liked?

im sick of everyone hatin on tanner... Without tanner our sport would be nowhere near where it is now...  He obviously cares about skiing more than anyone one of us and if he didnt he would be a professional...  T-wall is fucking good but tanner is a legend.  You can even compair them.  Untill t-wall does a sw 9 over chads or wins a number of x-games or goes out and skis with seth on some of the illest line out there then shut you mouth...

T-Hall is skiing.
he owns it all. he has been at the top for years. also is one of the most recognised and illustrated skiers in history, T-Wall has a big bag of "park" tricks, but still has lots of work to do to ever get to halls level.

also those people above should not form an opinion based on personality.

nobody is saying that no one is ever going to be as good as tanner, they're saying that tanner has been a HUGE influence on the sport of skiing as we know it , and to compare him to  an up and comming pro who has only recently gotten any exposure is just ridiculous. nobody is denying toms talent or potential, but he has a long way to go before he can be compared to tanner.

can't even compare the two, tanner has done so much for the sport that it is mindboggling, he's both an innovator and a progtessive figure....what has wallisch done? don't get me wrong he's sick but if you even compare these two skiers you need to take a look at the history of our sport
