So basically what the snowboard side of FIS is doing, is sanctioning existing quality events. Perhaps something for the FIS freestyle ski committee to consider.... instead of trying to put together halfpipe or big air events with an organizing body who lacks the experience, they may want to consider simply placing their stamp of approval on existing events such as Ski Tour, etc....Or at the very least they could start working more closely with FIS snowboard.
Opens up some interesting possibilities anyways, and at the very least I'm sure it will provide an entertaining thread topic. FIS bashing starts in 3...2...1....
