to everyone who has an opinion about the Pats, let it be heard here. If you wanna complain, do it, but be prepared to piss a few people off. The patriots are having an amazing season and its credit to their coach, who is a genius tactician when it comes to football, and their players, each of whom plays a large role in the success of this organization.
this cheating business is bullshit, they didnt use the tapes, and they were heavily fined for it.LET IT GO...move on with your lives, the patriots beat you because you couldn't compete with them
this business on running up the score is bullshit. Its not the offenses job to give up before the game is over. Tom Brady doesnt have to stop playing and owning you because there is no rule against it. You play the game for 60 minutes. If you dont like the patriots running the score up, shut up. If these teams hate it so much, then why dont they get their act together and actually play some defense. After all, it is the defense's job to prevent such blowouts from happening. stop bitching, football is football and the patriots could very well be the best team in nfl history, depending on how the rest of the season goes.

disagree so much with this statement. i HATE roger goodell for his punishments. they are way to harsh. and not only that, he doesnt always let the players back in the league once their suspension is up( some bengals player, forget his name. Odell thurman?). just look at what goodell has done to the bengals, they should be one of the best teams in teh NFL with that talent, and yes they get in a lot of trouble, but theres murderers in teh NFL who didnt have what some bengals players have had. and Pacman jones, who happens to be a retard for what he does, is getting to harsh of a punishment, i dont even know what he did.
all of that is coming from a pats fan. the games arent even fun to watch in teh second half anymore, i dont like watching games taht are 50-10, its not exciting. i dont mind them running up the score, i just think its much more boring to watch. and camera scandal thing, i think its great that they have the 49ers pick. the reason mangini knew the pats were doing it was because he was in charge of doing that when he was with the patriots, and knew the guy was the same one they used to have doing it.

you're one person against a few punishments that you dont even know how to talk about them, let alone what they even are/were. that doesnt even make sense that you would even bring those up when you dont even know what happened. yeha the bengals were supposed to be an awesome team, but so is any other team that has players that do dumb shit and once they get caught, they deserve to get punished. any team can be good when they break the rules, stop bitching about a good player gettin punished and "ruining his talent opportunity". to play any sport or really do anythin in life you need skill and to have some common sense, and when you're playing a sport professionally and fuck it up cause ur smoking mj and get caught 6 times, then you deserve to get kicked out.
ok, so you dont like to watch the pats games once they start to kill teams, i personally do, along with most of their fans. people dont leave the stadium half way thru the game cause the pats already have 30 somthin points. fans stay and cheer the team on till the end, believe in their team, and thrive on skill. eventually the pats will go down in skill level and probably be one of the worst teams in the nfl, so let the good times role and practice running plays on 4th down. when it comes to that time later in the year, they wil obviously have a ton of practice doing so

sorry for the above i kinda posted twice. BUt i for one enjoy watching them run the score up. It shows the rest of the league how dominating the pats are this year. I grew up watching the pats blow it every year with drew bledsoe so i love seeing them kick ass these past 5 years. When they run the score up, it shows everyone how good they are at absolutely picking apart a defense. It also shows teams that they aren't taking their foot off the gas at all this year, something they failed to do last year and paid dearly for it against indy. Bellicheck is the man..

word. I remember when they sucked so bad, and when the red sox had no hope of ever winning a world series. Granted I did not suffer through the 2-14 seasons of the 60's, 70,s, 80's, and 90's. I was not part of '67, '75, '78, '86. I did not suffer other than say 5 years of not winning by the pats and the 2003 ALCS loss of the sox. However I was a fan before the success and I hate it when people think that I am only a fan because they win.

Actually packers probably have the best chance against new england. I would be suprised if it wasn't a close game (assuming they meet in the superbowl).They have a good secondary and the pats running game should be a non factor. plus Favre has jesus powers.

their secondary is kinda unimportant when you got moss making td catches while double teamed, and even if he cant, we got welker and stallworth. not to mention watson. no secondary can stop the pats passing game

And that is why New England is so good. I don't think brady is the second coming of jesus. He is a good quarterback, but with the offensive line in front of him, and the reciever core he has, it makes him look like jesus.
That said, they are an impressive team to watch, and I could care less if they run up scores. It's entertainment, not pee-wee football where you will hurt kids feelings. And this is coming from someone who really isn't a Patriots fan.

Awesome game last night. Eagles found a way to move the ball against that defense and gave Brady some pressure and trouble.
It will be interesting to see how the pats adjust and if any other teams can challenge them.

no to mention, the jets coach, eric mangina, knew about it because he used to take part in it when he was on our team, allegedly. honestly though, the patriots are so nasty.
and if anyone is questioning our performance yesterday, it was a lot more of a blowout than it looked like. we basically treated the first half as practice, trying out a new 4 wide, empty back no huddle offense. it didnt really work. also, randy moss was called for a phantom offensive pi. neither al michaels nor john madden saw this purported pi. the result of that drive was nothing. it really shouldve been like 38-28. Keep in mind we also ran the ball twice. we were really just practicing new pass schemes.
