link it im too lazy, hahaha but on pbnation one of the guys got a dui on the way back from a party because he was riding the girls little brothers heelys and the cop considered them "rollerskates"... he had a court date

OVI i believe (operating a vehicle while intoxicated?) or somethign like that, but yeah you can get one if you're drunk and on anything with wheels pretty much, i wonder if you can get one if you're on a skateboard or skates. and didnt andy dick just get one on a bike?

my grandma got a CUI...canoeing under the influence..the cop didnt actually cite her but he pulled her over on a lake in new york that doesnt even allow motors on the lake
