Yeah. Snowflake in Lockport is the best bet for freeskiing gear near buffalo.

My choice would be City Garage, but that is in Ellicottville, which is an hour south of Buffalo.

Will you be skiing around here in Western New York?

Probally a few times, I'll take a look at stores in Ellicottville whenever I go to HV, I'll probally go to KB a few times also.

Definitely check out City Garage. Small shop, cool vibe, good freeskiing selection. K2, Line, and I'm pretty sure Armada.

Snowflake has a good selection as well with Line, Salomon, Rossignol, but they are WAY out of the way from anything else.

on elmwood ave. in buffalo there is an urban shop that sells sessions gear and snowboards, etc.  then right next door theres a place called campus wheelworks that sells atomics and some other stuff

nice to see campus in the downhill market, it says they carry orage gear too.  They are one of the better bike shops in the area.  I'm not sure if they are still in it but they also used to be one of the only shops in the area (along with the City Garage) that stocked tele equipment.

Buffalo I just loaded with ski shops.  Ski Market on Transit Rd in Clarence, Buffalo Boards on Union Rd  if you're looking for clothes, Ski Rack, Aurora Action Sports, West Falls, Colden has a ski shop and a board shop.  Snowflake in Lockport has cool clothes and so does Deckdebruns in Buffalo or Eville.   

I would not recommend Ski Rack in East Aurora.

ya....ski rack(aroura action sports) can suck my nuts.  They have a terrible selection of skis, and everything there is overpriced.  This season they tried to sell my bro last years atomic urban triplets for $450 when they are like 150 everywhere else....also, they suck at mounting skis....they charge 50 bucks to do it and one time they completely fucked my skis up, having to do 2 redrills(16 holes) in each ski, and saying that it was normal to do that.  The best place for mounting in my opinion is the Glenwood Depot, on the way to kissing bridge....they charge like 20 bucks, and also sharpen and hotwax your skis.
