I bought some skis off tramdock a few weeks ago and they shipped me the wrong skis, so i called them and sent the incorrect skis back. they didnt ship the correct ones out until today and the tracking number is not working, and the email says i wont receive them until november 28th. i realize there is a holiday this week, but 10 days or more seems a little excessive. i was sort of hoping they would at least upgrade the shipping, but no such luck i guess. sorry, i guess that was a bit of a rant, but their mistake may mean no skiing for me on opening day! anybody else have issues with tramdock before?
