Help me get my bindings off these skis.

Aight, so I made the big retarded move to mount my own skis back in like 2004. I used some fucked up glue that is all over the screws, but they are stripped too it seems like. On one ski I am down to 3 screws left. They are Look P12 Jibs on Troublemakers. Compromising the skis isnt a problem, they will probably go in the garbage.
Any solutions???

drill out the center of the screw with a bit the same size as the screw as long as you dont go to deep the skis should still be good , if you dont know how big the diamitre of the screw is and im talking about the diametre of the part with the thread not the head of the screw you can start small and work you way up until the head of the screw comes of or ouot

Yeah drill off the head very carefully so you don't damage the binding. Then you're left with a stump of screw in the ski - file two sides flat then use pliers/etc to unscrew it.

aight, so this has been a fucking diaster. I got one pair of bindings out, but on the toe piece the screws are stuck in the bindings since i ended up just mutilating the skis and drilling through the bases around the screw, which was way harder than i though.
So how do i get screws out of the toe pieces when they're glued and threaded in.
