I am planning on painting a mural on one of the walls in my room. Problem is I don't want to use expensive acrylics. What are some alternatives I could use? Will normal latex wall paint work ok to blend and mix? What about the cheap quart paint samples paint stores sell are they any good?
yo son just go the paint store and buy the primaries and white and go to town mixing your own colors. thats the fun of painting is mixing your own colors up.
as a side story to painting murals, my friends brother painted a mural at jimmy buffets house or resort or something in the hamptons and caught jimmy late one night listening to his own music.
spray paint is sick but im not very good at it and its not the look im going for, i will definately be hand painting this i just need to find a place to buy large quantities of good paint. i think i will buy a couple quarts of the primaries and some browns then touch it up with some more expensive acrylics
chairlift going from a beach through palm trees a city and up a snowy mountain at night... very hard to explain but i will post pics when it is finished
loose moose if i were u id just find the greenist leaves from ur back yard and just rubb'em on ur wall for a while. it'd take less time but look just as good...
