A friend of mine just pointed out your post on newschoolers to me and my jaw dropped to the ground. I am totally stunned as to what happened to your order. That is completely unacceptable regardless of the reasons why it happened.

I understand, of course, if you won't shop with us again. Regardless if you will or not, I am more than just not charging you for your shipping now.......you can have the three bindings and three sets of extra wide brakes ALL FOR FREE.

I was told that all of your stuff did finally ship today, so you should see it in a couple of weeks at the latest.

Again, I can't say I'm sorry enough for how badly your order got screwed up.
While we've been a shop for almost 50 years now, we're just starting our second year online and still do not officially ship internationally. What started as something that we were trying to be nice and make an exception for turned into a fiasco for you.......and me.....
