He's got a point, but then it's important to remember that snowboarding has a 20 year headstart on having a culture that is all about style, stoke and having fun. And snowboarding is pretty gay too. They stole a lot of what they're all about from skateboarding, surfing, punk rock and hip hop.
In the end, none of this matters, we all like sliding downhill on snow.

Well switchskier88, I think you just epitomized most of what he said.
Skiers are dumb (e.g. use of the terms switch and mute), lazy (i.e. they can't come up with their own style, trick names, or how to land jumps), and needed an ass-kicking from snowboarders (i.e. what is the value of sponsorship, and what it really means to be rebellious and cool).
