Replying to Camera tech question

so i got a panasonic gs 180 brand new for pretty cheap halfway through last season, only used it twice, then it randomly stopped working.  with a battery fully charged and even when its plugged straight into the wall it flat out wont turn on.  there may be a slight chance a little bit of moisture got in, but not a lot by any means, and i would think not enought to fry a perfectly new camera.  i assume it should also still be under warrenty.  anyone have any advice on this?  i plan on calling panasonic tomorrow to discuss the situation politly, anyone have experience with panasonic customer service, repair service or warrenty issues?
