use your trailing arm to wind up so you can spin a little faster to get it around

a good way to think about it....
its a 360, think about doing a quick little 360 so that ur looking at the rail, alls you have from there is a meer 90 left to go

I learned frontside 4 out first. Just drape that ski over the rail or box and spin, look up, land.

nope 450 off, hence uphill/downhill spin frontside/backside
