anyone else get this feeling?
im 23, i skied my first mountain day of the season yesterday at at mount snow, and im wrecked today. im in decent physical shape, i dont go to the gym or anything, im just in good shape. i dont stretch or anything before i ski, but im deffinetly gonna start this season, cause today im destroyed. i skied 140 days last season and barely felt like this ever
question:
anyone whoes been in this situation, what different things did you do that helped? im deff gonna start stretching regularly even if im not skiing, i think more hydration would help, anyone have any suggestions activity or diet wise?
