Alright, my friend said if I wanted to lose weight I'd have to run.
I don't understand this, I know running is cardio which means it gets your heart pumping fast but my question to NS is, why running?
I personally hate running, I CAN run but its just uncomfortable to me and I'd much rather be in a gym lifting but I figured if I did upper body cardio like rows would that be just as effective at losing weight as running? If so what other exercises using gym equipment could I do to lose weight? I'm thinking of high rep low weight exercises.
