I want to build a box that I can put up over a stutue of our school mascot. It is a buffaloe that is about 8 ft high and 4 ft wide, any ideas on how to get a box or rail that is that high and stable, also how could I cet the speed to get onto it, towing behind a car might work...

build 2 drop ins without the ramps and put it across from there
