I've noticed that when you are invited into a cult, without a request, and you go to the cult page, it still says "Request to Join". When you exit out and then load the cult page a second time, it now says "Accept Invitation" - it's happened to me 3 times.
Not a huge deal - just a little flaw I noticed.
