yea freestyle walking is awesome. and it has to help somewhat, just doing spins over and over again means that you'll get used to and comfortable with the rotation and then on snow it'll be more natural.
yes, it helps me get over all the wanting for skiing in the summer, and it is just plain fun to do. I have to say though that i look like a complete retard when im doing it, but i think it helps with balance.
yeah it helps skiing for sure, it lets you get over fears like flipping. cept i go tplanter fichiatis(sp)? , heel spurrs. go do some backflips off shit and youll be dying to try them on skiis
I think its called freerunning also but its fun but i like to work tricks that i want to learn on skis on trampolines because it dosnt hurt as bad falling and its easier to spin
this is so fun. i love doin this. after it rains, theres this stairset up to this slide, its like 10 feet long and me and my friends slide it and practice switchups, it is almost like skiing for reals.
