yeah but with out a min of at least 400 feet (AT THE VERY LEAST) it is pointless if it was 500 feet i would be there right now but it is gay so i go to springs where they knoqw how to build pipe.

worf, you would get a kick out of some of the threads and people over on paskiandride.com   there aren't many old school pipe riders around especially with your experience.  You should check it out and add to the melee for the fun of it!

acutally i think they are pretty into the jib academy because there was a trail that was closed thats not normally the park and they were making jumps with groomers all day and btw the 22' pipe was pretty cool not to many people were doing stuff in it but it made the 13' pipe so easy to get air on

Everything is done except for the slopestyle setup which should be getting worked on tomorrow since they should be finished building the boarder cross tonight. The 22' pipe os killer but you can only get 4-5 hits out of it each time.

what a waste. with the height and travel you could (potentially) get out of a 22 foot pipe, that's really only like 3-4 hits max. i havent ridden sno for a long long time, but it sounds like they're kinda blowing it this year after a lot of hype they got preseason. looks like they shoulda taken all the $$ they spent on that zaugg and spent it elsewhere, like a website that isn't a piece of shit.

such a waste and the grade it is on will make it so hard to keep enough speed 4 22' walls someone really blew it on that design.   i was so excited when i found out they were getting a 22 zaug. but now just pissed i got my hopes up.  doesnt MC have a 22footer as well if they were ever to get it open again?

Guys. You should get up there and ride the new pipe if you can. That thing is sweet. Sure it might be a little short but no where else in PA will you find a pipe as sweet as this.  The 5 or so good hits you can get out of this thing are great. They did a very good job of making this thing. Never would I have thought such a good pipe can be found in PA. It is comparable to anthing you will find out west just not as long, but damn is it fun. Check it out if you can. You wont be dissapointed.

Oh and the park pass system is great. The park was fun, they just need a few more jumps.

isnt sno's pipe like 200 feet long? blue's is 400, and coming into the thing with any respectable amount of speed, we're getting 4 hits out of blue's, 5 if you really don't travel downhill at all. how can you get 4 or 5 hits out of a pipe half as long with walls almost 10 feet higher?

seven springs pipe is in fact legit, the best two pipes in pa.

lets break it down

seven springs super pipe = dank
sno mountains superpipe = bunk

blue's pipe has been pretty legit this year, and it sounds like springs is as well.  I don't really even know if anywhere else has a pipe?? a 200 foot superpipe is so pointless.

for sure..  they are digging it out this summer and will start blowing for it earlier next season.  It looks like swiss cheese now, but colder temps are setting in so it probably can be recut no problem

i was up on sunday shit was ok.  the pipe was recut over night, but they did not grrom the flat bottom so it was filled with slough.   made shit had to generate speed in the pipe.  if they would have groomed it shit would have been great.  the small pipe was lots of fun.  their jibs were well set too and loved the boardercross.  however i dont know who taut them to make jumps but they were fucked i liked them but i am old and cant take shit on my knees any more.  they were just like old school tables circa 94.  any way shit was mad fun though

I went yesteday it was horrible. everythign was so icy and the big park was closed for the rest of the night. you couldn't do anything in park. and they took out a bunch of jibs :[
